gitlens turn off button in tabbar/toolbar

to turn these buttons off in vs code, run the GitLens: Open Settings command from the command pallete

go down to menus and toolbars, Add to the editor group toolbar and turn off both checkboxes or atleast turn off Add revision history navigation commands
